Part of the Bethel Care Group family of Home Plus facilities, Rosewood House was created for one purpose – to offer an alternative to nursing home placement for residents with a focus on Memory Care. With more than 55 years of combined nursing experience, Rosewood House residents have become their family.

Licensed by the Kansas Department on Aging, Rosewood House is a Home Plus facility that provides shared living for 12 residents in a safe and secure home setting. Our home is staffed 24 hours/day with certified caregivers, able to assist with all activities of daily living. Living at Rosewood House assures family that their loved one will be allowed to age in place – which simply means that we will continue to provide for their care even as their needs change.
Offering a small setting that boasts an excellent resident to staff ratio, we provide exceptional care that centers around your loved ones.
